On the morning of your collection day you will receive a notification advising you of your time slot for collection.

Make sure your items are out of your room and in the reception or mail room ready to be collected by our courier (we can't collect from bedrooms). If you live in a house, boxes need to be by the front door.

Collections need to be signed for, please ensure someone is available.

We then store them for however long you require.
